Delivery

We aim to despatch all standard orders within two working days from the day the order was received online. All orders are subject to item availability.

Please note that all orders will require a signature on receipt of goods so customers should ensure that someone is available to sign for the packages.

If delivery is not possible then the Royal Mail will leave a ‘while you were out’ card asking you to either rearrange delivery or collect from your local sorting office.

Delivery Charges
We offer FREE DELIVERY on all UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man Orders. These orders will be sent by Royal Mail ‘Recorded Delivery’ service.

Orders to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland Channel Islands and Isle of Man will be FREE unless the client selects the ‘next day’ Special Delivery service (costing £6.00) at the delivery section of the check out process. Please allow 2-4 days from date of despatch for ‘Recorded Delivery’ orders.

Special Delivery
Please place your order by 12noon the day before the item is to be delivered to ensure that your order will be shipped via the next day delivery service. All next day special delivery parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and are guaranteed to reach their destination by 1pm the following day. However, orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times. Please note, if an order is placed on a Friday we cannot guarantee delivery on a Saturday and orders will be delivered on the next working day. The next day delivery service is only available to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

European and International orders
European and International orders are sent using the Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ service and can take 5-10 working days to be delivered. Please view the countries we deliver to in the drop down menu in the check out area.

Please be advised that it is the customers responsibility to pay any tax charges associated with the country (European and International) of order.

Track and Trace

The following customers will have a full ‘track and trace’ service:

• Customers who spend over £100 will qualify for free special delivery service including track and trace.
• Customers who select special delivery as their delivery option in the check out process.
• All European and International orders

Your track and trace details will be included on your despatch confirmation email allowing you to know exactly where your order is at anytime.

Delays
Should at any time we experience any delays in processing your order then we will inform you by email.

Delivery Notification
Once your parcel has been delivered to our distributors we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that your parcel has been despatched from the store. All track and trace details will be in this email (unless you have opted for recorded delivery). Once you receive your despatch email you should expect to receive your goods either the next day for Special Delivery (UK Mainland, Northern Island, Channel Islands and Isle of Man only) or 2-4 days for standard Recorded Delivery. European and International deliveries will take between 5-10 days.
