Ordering

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment for your order using the following: Visa, MasterCard, Delta/connect or Maestro. We do not accept American Express, cheques or cash.

Can I buy items tax-free if I live outside of the UK?

Yes. If you place your order from outside the UK (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) then your order will display net prices throughout your browsing and checkout process. 

European & International addressed orders will not have tax charged at check out. Please be aware it is the customers responsibility   to pay tax (at the current rate in their country) on delivery.

Why are some items out of stock on the website?

We do our best to ensure that we don’t run out of stock however sometimes certain items can sell extremely quickly meaning they temporarily display an ‘out of stock’ description. If you see an ‘out of stock’ line on the website then we encourage you to either check back soon or email us at enquiries@laranja.co.uk to find out when more stock will be arriving.

Why are some items not available in my size?

Some of our clothing items are only currently available in one size, which is a medium. We are currently producing other sizes and they will be available during 2011. Please sign to email updates to learn when new stock arrives.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Unfortunately not yet! We expect to launch gift vouchers in the summer of 2013. Please sign to email updates to learn when we launch them.

What do I do if I want to discuss my order?

If you wish to discuss any matter with one of team them please email us at enquiries@laranja.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Delivery

How much do you charge for postage?

If you place an order from the UK, Channel Islands (CI) and Isle of Man (IoM) then postage is FREE. Orders that select next day 'Special Delivery' will be charged £6.00.

What delivery system do you operate?

We use Royal Mail ‘Recorded Delivery’ for our standard UK, CI and IoM deliveries and ‘Special Delivery’ for our next day delivery service.

EU and International deliveries are sent using Royal mail ‘International Signed For’

How long should I expect to wait to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from the day we receive your order, subject to availability. From dispatch your items should be with you as below:

Standard Delivery (UK, CI, IoM) 2-4 days
Next Day Delivery (UK, CI, IoM) next day
EU delivery – 5 to 7
International delivery – 7 to 10

Why must I be in to receive my order?

We want to ensure that you receive your item safely and therefore require all orders to be signed for.

If you are not home when your package arrives then your package will be returned to your local Royal Mail delivery office and a ‘while you were out’ card will be left. You will then be able collect or rearrange delivery of your package.

Can I exchange an item?

Why are some items not available in my size?
If items are not available in your size it means we are waiting for new stock deliveries. We only display sizes that we currently have in stock so please check back or sign up to our newsletter for the latest news.

Product Information

What Brands does Laranja sell?

Laranja sells its own-labelled clothes as well as a select few brands from Brazil who will sell exclusively in the UK. Currently will retail CCM Sports, CS Sports and Toesox (Which is US brand).

All brands sold by Laranja are exclusive to Laranja Limited in the UK. (Excluding Toesox)

Does Laranja have its own clothing label?

Yes. We are currently developing a new range and will update the site continuously.  

Where are your clothing items manufactured?

Currently all clothes are manufactured in Brazil (with the exception of Toesox which we source from the USA.) We have individually visited all of our suppliers in Brazil and have been very impressed with both the working conditions and environment.

Discounts & Promotions

How does my 10% discount on my first order work?

Simply register your new account by following the instructions at the checkout process and enter the 'WELCOMEGIFT' code in the promotional area and your first order will be discounted. 

How does my promotional code work?

If you have a promotional code simply add your code in the appropriate box at the checkout process and the discounted amount will be deducted from your total.

Do you give discounts to people who work in the fitness industry?

Currently we don’t offer specific discounts to any one industry. However we will shortly be looking for Laranja 'Brand Champions' so if you are interested then please sign up to our newsletter. 

Why will my discount / promotional code not work?

Discount codes will not work if they are out of date or they are incorrectly typed in. Please ensure you take time to enter a valid code that is in date.

Why are you called Laranja?

‘Laranja’ means ‘Orange’ in Brazil. It encompasses everything our company stands for; Healthy, colourful and an important part of many people’s everyday life.

A Laranja ‘Brand Champion’ is an ambassador for Laranja. They are entitled to both complimentary and discounted fitness clothes in return for ambassador duties for Laranja. They will usually be fitness professionals who have direct involvement in fitness/fashion activities in their community. If you think you could be a Laranja Brand Champion and would like to receive complimentary and discounted fitness fashion clothes then write to us at enquiries@laranja.co.uk detailing your profession and involvement in your community.
